      We've used them twice and both times there were materials added to our invoice that we didn't use. Additionally, we had asked for one exterior outlet to be installed, and the electrician decided to install and bill us for two, one of them mounted onto a wood plank.     Show up a year after we asked them to come give us a quote, then billed us for services not provided unless standing staring at the house and then leaving is how you "restrap" something. Must be magicians or something to manage to do work without touching a thing.
